A few things that come to mind are…very bright, definitely very knowledgeable, patient, professional, quick to respond to my calls and questions. As a first time rental property buyer in Florida she provided me with a wealth of information on the area I was most interested in which was Palm Coast.
Robin also handled organizing all of services such as property management, finance, insurance, home inspections, etc, that I needed to complete my purchase in less that a week. So I can say without a doubt that when I go looking for my next rental property in Florida I know who to go to…Robin Hart.
